Every price on these pages was read off the vendor’s own pricing page, by hand, on a date we print at the top. No estimates, no recycled figures, no numbers copied from somebody else’s blog post.

That sounds like a low bar. It is not. When we checked the pages already ranking for these terms, they disagreed with each other constantly, and often with the vendor. One page quoted Close CRM plan names that were retired years ago. Another listed Pipedrive’s monthly rate as its annual rate, a 71% error on the headline number.

The advertised price is also rarely the bill. Across the 466 tools we cataloged for the SaaS Pricing Cliff Report , the next tier up costs a median of 88% more than the entry price, and that is before add-ons, seat minimums, usage fees, contact-tier escalators and onboarding.

So each page here does two jobs. It gives you the current tier ladder, annual and monthly, and then it shows you the arithmetic for a team your size with the extras folded in.
