Testing approach

Wole tests developer tools on real codebases, not toy projects. CI/CD platforms get tested by migrating a medium-complexity monorepo pipeline (12 stages, 3 environments, parallel test suite) and measuring cold pipeline time, warm cache time, and time-to-fix when a stage fails. Security scanners get tested against a codebase with known vulnerabilities seeded at different severity levels.

For IAM tools, the test provisiones 10 test accounts, builds SCIM sync with one HR system, configures MFA, and tests the emergency admin recovery flow. The recovery flow test has failed more tools than any other single test.
