Campaigns and Web Visitors are never included on any plan." - "If you want the three bundled add-ons, Premium is cheaper than Growth-plus-add-ons only up to three seats. From four seats on, staying on Growth and buying them separately costs less." verdict: | Pipedrive runs **$14 to $69 per seat per month on annual billing**, with no free plan and a 14-day trial that does not ask for a card. Most teams land on **Premium at $49**, because that is where LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects stop being separate line items. Two things worth knowing before you budget. Monthly billing costs 29% to 42% more per seat, which is a steeper penalty than Pipedrive's "save up to 26%" banner suggests. And the widely-published figures for this tool are out of date: Google's AI Overview currently puts Growth at $39 and Premium at $59. The live page says $24 and $49. A ten-seat team on Premium with Web Visitors comes to **$6,372 for year one**. There is no onboarding fee. tiers_heading: "Pipedrive's plans and prices" tiers: - {plan: "Lite", annual: "$14", monthly: "$19", seat_min: "None", best_for: "Solo sellers and small teams that need a pipeline, calendar and lead list and nothing else"} - {plan: "Growth", annual: "$24", monthly: "$34", seat_min: "None", best_for: "Teams that need full email sync, workflow automation and sequences. Only 36% of the 318 tools in our [Free Tier Report](/research/b2b-saas-free-tier-report-2026/) have a real free plan, so this is the normal case." - q: "Which Pipedrive plan do most teams need" a: "Premium at $49 a seat, because that is the tier where LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects stop being separate add-ons. Growth at $24 is the honest budget pick if you can live without them." - q: "Does Pipedrive charge extra for add-ons" a: "Yes, and it depends on the tier. LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects are paid on Lite and Growth, included on Premium and Ultimate. Campaigns and Web Visitors are never included, on any plan." - q: "Is Pipedrive good for a small team of 3 to 5 people" a: "Yes. Growth at $24 a seat covers email sync, automation and sequences, which is most of what a small team needs. Premium only pays for itself past roughly 3 seats if you also want the LeadBooster/Smart Docs/Projects bundle." - q: "Is Pipedrive worth it for a solo founder" a: "Lite at $14 a month covers a single-person pipeline, calendar and lead list. It has no email sync or automation, so a solo user who sends a lot of outbound email will likely need Growth at $24 instead." - q: "What does Pipedrive cost for a 50-person sales team" a: "About $30,052 in year one on Premium with Web Visitors and Campaigns added, our own calculation from the published rates. There is no per-seat enterprise discount published; ask sales directly at that size." - q: "Can you negotiate Pipedrive pricing" a: "Barely. It is self-serve with published prices and no seat minimum, so there is no rep to negotiate with at normal team sizes. The one real lever is the annual commitment, worth 29% to 42% off." sources: - {label: "Pipedrive pricing page", url: "https://www.pipedrive.com/en/pricing", note: "all four plan prices on both annual and monthly billing, annual per-seat totals, add-on starting prices, trial terms, VAT note", accessed: "August 15, 2026"} - {label: "Pipedrive Knowledge Base: How does pricing work in Pipedrive", url: "https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/how-does-pricing-work-in-pipedrive", note: "add-on inclusion matrix by tier (LeadBooster, Projects, Smart Docs included on Premium and Ultimate; Campaigns and Web Visitors add-on on all plans), billing cycles, top-ups. Lite $14, Growth $24, Premium $49, Ultimate $69, per seat per month on annual billing. Google's AI Overview says something else. It puts Growth at $39 and Premium at $59, and most of the guides it cites agree with it. That is not a rounding gap, it is Growth quoted 63% above what Pipedrive currently charges. I do not know when the price changed or why, and neither does anyone else writing about it. What I do know is what the page said on the date at the top of this one, confirmed by the annual total: "one payment of US$288 per seat/year" under Growth is exactly $24 a month. If you are budgeting from an older blog post, you are budgeting too high. ## Growth plus add-ons vs Premium Three of Pipedrive's five add-ons, LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects, are paid extras on Lite and Growth, and included free on Premium. So the real question is not "is Premium better." It is "does the bundle cost less than buying the three separately." The add-ons bill per account, not per seat: $32.50 plus $32.50 plus $16, so $81 a month flat. The Premium seat premium over Growth is $25 a seat a month. Set those equal and the crossover is 3.24 seats. Below that, Premium wins. A 3-seat team on Growth with all three add-ons pays $1,836 a year; the same team on Premium pays $1,764. Above it, Growth wins, and the gap grows with headcount: at 10 seats, staying on Growth and buying the add-ons separately saves $2,028 a year. So the usual advice, "growing teams move up to Premium," is backwards on pure cost. Premium still wins on lead routing, which the add-ons do not touch, and on Campaigns and Web Visitors, which cost extra on every tier including Ultimate. Just buy Premium for those reasons, not for the badge. ## How this compares, and what reviewers say Against the 466 tools in our [SaaS Pricing Cliff Report](/research/saas-pricing-cliff-2026/), Pipedrive's tier jumps are unremarkable (71%, 104%, 41%, versus an 88% median). But entry-to-top is a 393% climb, versus a 201% category median, close to twice as steep as its own category norm. In its favor, no sales tool we catalogued, Pipedrive included, hides pricing behind a "contact sales" wall. That matches what reviewers say. Across roughly 3,000 G2 reviews at 4.3/5, pricing is called fair and transparent at the lower tiers, and the complaints are the same two things covered above: features gated above the entry price, and add-ons stacking on top of a budget set from the seat price alone. ## My take No free tier, just a 14-day trial with no card required. That is normal, not a slight: only 36% of the 318 tools in our [Free Tier Report](/research/b2b-saas-free-tier-report-2026/) have a real free plan. HubSpot's free CRM runs indefinitely at zero, which is the strongest reason to look there instead if you are not ready to pay anything. Negotiating is barely possible. Pipedrive is self-serve with no seat minimum and no rep to push against; the annual commitment (29% to 42% off) is the only real lever. For most small sales teams, **Growth at $24** is the right call: you lose lead routing but keep email sync, automation and sequences. If $24 is still too much, [Close](/comparisons/pipedrive-vs-close/) starts at $9 a seat and bundles calling, though its usage fees can overtake the saving fast for phone-heavy reps. Pipedrive places second in our [full CRM ranking](/list/best-crm-software/) and is still the cleanest pipeline interface around; it is just no longer the cheapest way to get one.
